What is the returns/exchange and refund policy?

Eligibility for Returns:

You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customized or personalized shoes are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Pack the product securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent any damage during transit.
Include the RA number and a copy of the original invoice in the return package.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors made by Code.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
Code will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

Refund and Exchange:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
If you prefer an exchange, we will assist you in finding an alternative product of your choice, subject to availability.
In case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.

Exceptions:

Used, worn, or damaged products beyond normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

I placed an order last week and would like to get it cancelled. What's the process?
